Jose Melchor
Operations Manager & Freight Coordinator
Jose runs the day-to-day freight operations at Calway Logistics. He coordinates pickups, tracks shipments in transit, and makes sure every delivery hits its deadline — whether it's an advance warehouse drop at LVCC or a direct-to-show delivery at McCormick Place.
When a customer calls with a question about their shipment, Jose is the person who knows exactly where it is and when it will arrive. He works directly with carriers, general service contractors, and venue receiving teams to keep freight moving on schedule.
Before joining Calway, Jose built his experience in freight coordination and logistics operations. He understands that in the trade show business, missed deadlines are not an option — and he treats every shipment accordingly.
